HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1989 (222) R' v ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO AG- RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL ORDINANCE NO. oC QZoZ C / WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning, and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to the County Board for action, and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of ALBERT P.J. HANSON AND WILLIAM D. BARRETT. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following: Parcels of land located in Sections 9, 15, and 16, T28N - R19W, Town of Troy, St. Croix County further described as follows: Parcel #1 - All of the former Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railroad right -of -way located in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 15, T28N -R19W. Parcel #2 - All of the former Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railroad right -of -way located in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 16, T28N -R19W. Parcel #3 - All of the former Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railroad right -of -way located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 16, T28N -R19W lying Southeasterly of the land described in Volume 630, Page 452, Document #371381 of the St. Croix County Register of Deeds. Parcel #4 - All of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 16, T28N- R19W, lying Northeasterly of the former Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railroad right -of -way. Parcel #5 - All of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 16, T28N - R19W, lying Northeasterly of the former Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railroad right -of -way. Parcel #6 - All of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9, T28N - R19W. Parcel #7 - All of the NW 1/4 of ,the NE 1/4 of Section 16, T28N - R19W, lying Southeasterly of the land described in Volume 630, Page 452, Document #371381 of the St. Croix County Register of Deeds and the Northeasterly of the former Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railroad right -of -way. Parcel #8 - All of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9, T28N- R19W, lying Southeasterly of the land described in Volume 574, Page 430, Document #348813 of the St. Croix County Register of Deeds. The total of Parcels #1 through #8 is 84.6 Acres, more or less. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, the the St. Croix County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of the same. Dated this 7/ day of - ,17/ 1989.
