ORDINANCE NO. ( P8)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committe, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of JOHN W.
ODEN.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following:
A parcel of land of 10 acres located in the NE 1/4 of the NW
1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 19, T31N -R16W, Town
of Cylon, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as
follows: Commencing at the N 1/4 corner of Section 19, T31N-
R16W: Thence S0 46'48 "E along the North -South Quarter Section
Liie 1281.71' to the point of beginning: Thence continuing
SO 46'48 "E along said line 442.78'; Thence N89 ° 58'32 "W 987.00';
Thence NO 01'28 "E 442.73' to a point on the South line of the
Certified Survey recorded in Volume 1 of Certified Surveys, page
277; Thence S89 58'32"E along said line a distance of 980.78'to
the point of beginning.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FUTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
