AG RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committe, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of RAYMOND R.
OLSON.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Ag Residential from Agricultural the following:
A parcel of land of five (5) acres located in the SW 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 of Section 1, T28N -R17W, Town of Rush River, St. Croix
County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing
at Southwest corner of said Section 1, the POINT OF BEGINNING, of
the parcel to be herein described; thence N 90 00'00 "E (assumed
bearing on the South line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 1)
a distance of 393.51'; thence N 00 18'00 "W 553.49; thence N 90
00'00 "W 393.51'; thence S 00 18'05 "E 553.49' on the West line of
the Southwest 1/4 of Section 1, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FUTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
