WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
-1 anning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
c p a nd zon a nd
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committe, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of HINRICHS
PROPERTIES.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Industrial from Commercial the following:
A parcel of land of 13.81 acres located in the S 1/2 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 29, T29N-R16W, Town of Baldwin.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FUTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
