ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO
AG- RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL D)
ORDINANCE NO. 01/14(
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committe, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of LEO AND
MARILYN ROHL AND CHRIS AND SHEILA ROHL.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following:
A parcel of land of approximately 81 acres, more or less
located in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 11, T28N -R19W,
Except the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Said Se 1/4; and also the W
1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, T28N -R19W, Lying Southerly and
Westerly of County Trunk Highway "U" Except that part lying North
of South 1430 Feet and East of a line 400 feet West of the East
Line of Said W 1/2 at the South End of Said Line and Running
Northerly Parallel with the West Line of Said SW 1/4 to County
Trunk Highway "U ", and also Except that part Lying North of the
South 2050 Feet and East of a Line 575 Feet West of and Parallel
with the East line of Said W 1/2, and also Except the SW 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 of said SW 1/4, Town of Troy.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FUTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
