ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO
COMMERCIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committe, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of LAWRENCE
ARENDT.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Commercial from Agricultural the following:
A parcel of land of .810 acres located in part of the NE 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of Section 14, S 150' of N 766' of E 235' of NE 1/4
of SW 1/4, T31N -R17W, Town of Stanton. Parcel 205B.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FUTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
