HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1988 (211) ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO AG- RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL ORDINANCE NO. 6)--- /( tg WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning, and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold publi hearings, and report its reco to the County Board for action and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of WILLARD REED. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following: A parcel of land of 261,360 square feet (6.00 acres) more or less located in part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12 and part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, T31N -R17W, Town of Stanton, St. Croix County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 12; thence, on an assumed bearing along the south line of said Section 12, WEST a distance of 999.24 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described, this being the southwest corner of Lot 1 of a Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 3, Page 794 in the Register of Deeds Office in said County; thence, continuing along said section line, West a distance of 507.59 feet, thence NORTH a distance of 515.00 feet; thence EAST a distance of 507.50 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 1 in said Volume 3, Page 794; thence, along the west line of said Lot 1, SOUTH a distance of 515.00 feet to the point of beginning. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, the the St. Croix County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of the same. Dated this day of , 1988.
