AG- RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL
ORDINANCE NO.
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of VFRNELL
STEVE SKOGLUND.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following:
A parcel of 20 acres located in part of the E 1/2 of the NW
1/4 of Section 2 4, T30N -R20W, Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix
County, Wiscon described as follows: The East 600 feet of
the South 1452 feet of said E 1 /2 of the NW 1 /4.
,NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, the the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
