WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act i a ll matters pertaining to
county planning a n d zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee, and
WHEREAS, at th e request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning Zoning and Parks
Committee has ful its duties on the petition of MRS. VIOLA
KU NZE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following:
A parcel of land of 12 acres located in the SE 1/4 of the SE
1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 18, T31N -R17W, Town
of Stanton.
NOW THEREFORE / I IT FURTHER ORDAINED, the the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recomm endations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
