AG- RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committe, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of GLENN
RADUNZEL.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following:
A parcel of land of 5 acres located in the NW 1/4 of the NW
1/4 of Section 29, T29N -R16W, Town of Baldwin, and particularly
described as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of the NW 1/4
of said Section 29, with said point of commencement also being
the point of beginning of description; Thence S 87 degrees 36'
15" E., along the N line of said NW 1/4, a distance of 681.60 ft;
Thence S. 00 degrees 40' 10" E., a distance of 320.00 ft; Thence
N. 87 degrees 36' 15" W., a distance of 681.60 ft. to a point on
the W line of the aforementioned NW 1/4; Thence N 00 degrees 40'
10" W., along said W line of the NW 1/4, a distance of 320.00 ft.
to the point of beginning. Said described parcel contains
217,800 sq. ft, more or less, or 5.00 acres less therefrom those
lands dedicated to the public as road right -of -way for 220th
Street and 80th Avenue.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
