HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1987 (177) ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO AG- RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL ORDINANCE NO. /17 077) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning, and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committe, and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to the County Board for action, and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of JON M. MENTINK. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following: A parcel of land of 3.16 acres located in part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 20, T29N -R16W, Town of Baldwin, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of the SW 1/4 of said Section 20; Thence north along the W line of said SW 1/4 a distance of 319.50 feet; Thence S 87 degrees 36'00" E, along the S line of Lot No. 1 of CSM No. 241 of the St. Croix County Registry, a distance of 200.00 feet to the point of beginning; Thence N along the E line of said Lot 1 of CSM No. 241 and along the E line of Lot 1 of CSM No. 572 a distance of 987.04 feet to the NE corner of said Lot 1 of CSM No. 572; Thence S 87 degrees 31'44" E, along the N line of the SW 1/4 of said SW 1/4, a distance of 135.01 ft; Thence S a distance of 1022.11 feet; Thence N 87 degrees 36'15" W, a distance of 130.00 ft; Thence N a distance of 25.25 ft; Thence N 87 degrees 36'15" W, a distance of 5.00 ft; Thence N a distance of 10.00 ft. to the point of beginning. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of the same.
