HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1987 (178) ORDINANCE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR REZONEMENT OF LAND TO AG- RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL ORDINANCE NO. ) 7V C!7J WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning, and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committe, and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its recommendations to the County Board for action, and WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of RICHARD FERN. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following: A parcel of land containing approximately one (1) acre in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, T29N -R16W, Town of Baldwin, described as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 1 of CSM recorded in Volume 3, page 689, St. Croix County Register of Deeds; thence S 1 degree 37'20 "W (assumed bearing referenced to the E line of the NE 1/4 of Section 21, bearing assumed North) 200' along the West line of said Lot 1 to the centerline of an existing town road; thence N 89 degrees 22'40 "W along said centerline 216', more or less, to the West line of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence Northerly 200', more or less, along said W line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 to a point which is N 89 degrees 22' 40 "W of the point of beginning; thence S 89 degrees 22'40 "E to the point of beginning. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of the same.
