AG- RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRICULTURAL

WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committ t o act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning and
WHEREAS the St. C roix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Plann Zoning, and Parks C and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommendations to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Committee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of. RONALD R.
HEEBINK.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Ag- Residential from Agricultural the following:
A parcel of land containing approximately 8.23 acres in the
SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 6, T28N -R16W, Town of Eau Galle,
described as follows: Commencing at the south one quarter corner
of said Section; thence N 90 ° 00'00" E, 432.65 feet to a point on
the south line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section, said
point being the point of beginning; thence N 90 ° 00'00" E, 862.00
feet to a point on the south line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
said Section; thence N 02 ° 45'09" W, 416.48 feet; thence N 90
00'00" W, 862.00 feet; thence S 02 ° 45'09" E, 383.44 feet; thence
S 02 ° 45'09" E, 33.04 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
