AG RESIDENTIAL FROM AGRIC ULTURAL
ORDINANCE NO. /16 ( / 1 7)
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wiscons provide for a
Planning and Zoning Committee to act in all matters pertaining to
county planning and zoning, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the
Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks Commi.tte, and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this committee
is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and report its
recommenda to the County Board for action, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning, and Parks
Comm ittee has fulfilled its duties on the petition of MICHAEL L.
PETERSON.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning, and Parks Committee recommends approval for the
rezonement to Ag Residential from Agricultural the following:
A parcel of land containing 40 acres in the N 1 / :2 of the N
1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, T30N -R17W, Town of Erin Prairie.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the St. Croix
County Board consider the said recommendations as presented and
take action for the adoption of the same.
