i RESOLUTION APPROVING ST. CROIx COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT

CONTRACT AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee of the St.Croix County Board of Super-
visors has been authorized to negotiate labor contracts between the various
county employee unions and St. Croix County; and
WHEREAS, the said Personnel Committee has negotiated with various employee
union representatives during the past several months; and
WHEREAS, the said Personnel Committee and one of the employees unions,
St. Croix Count Law Enforcement Em to ees Loca 662 d
of Teamsters Chauffeurs Warehousman and H 1 r have entered
into a tentative agreement, subject to County Board of Supervisors approval,
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
meeting in regular session, that:
1) The tentative agreement between St. Croix County and the St. Croix County
Law Enforcement Em lv e L ~ u f_
feurs, Warehousmen, and Helpers of America
including the amend 4
meats to said agreement. are hereby approved. Said amendments tv the agreement
are attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated herein by reference as though
set forth fully herein.
2) The agreement between St. Croix County and the said employees union shall
be in effect for the term January 1,19~~ through December 31, 1986
3~ That all resolutions or parts of resolutions contravening the provisions
of this Resolution are hereby repealed.
That if any part or parts of this Resolution are invalid it shall not r
invalidate the entire Resolution.
5) That this Resolution shall take effect and be in farce from and after its
passage and publication, and all wages and benefits shall be paid in accordance
with said amendments to the agreement retroactive to January 1, 19814

Increase wages across-the-board by 4~ in 1984 'and 4~ in 1985.`
Delete Process Server position from shift premium,
Provide for a new wage schedule including the classifications of
Investigator and Process Server. Extend to classifications of Deputy patrol},Process Server, and
Investigator the .payment of $40/month in lieu of personal use of
their County automobile.
