Wage Schedule d Freeze the salary of all. positions at the first two steps of the wage schedule gentry rate and b-month level} for the time period 1/1/84 through 1.2/31185. Place the CoTA position from pay range 7 to pay range Chemical Dependency Counsellors--non--certified classification frozen at 1983 wage rate effective 1/1/$4 through 12/31/85. Chemical Dependency Counsellors---certified receive increases the same as are applicable to the other classifications. Effective 1/1/84, across-the-board note aforementioned exceptions wage increase of 2%; effective 711/84, across-the-board note exceptions} wage increase of 2%. Effective when the state issues the reimbursement formula in 1985, a wage increase of b5% for the County payroll cost} of the state reimbursement formula. For example, if the state reimbursement formula is issued 7/1/85 at 5%, the wage increase for Health Center employees would be b5% of 5%, effective 711185. Contract re-opener on base wage rates in 198b.
