CONTRACT AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee of the St.Cruix County Board of Super-
visors has been authorized to negotiate labor contracts between the various
county employee unions and St. Croix County; and
WHEREAS, the said Personnel Committee has negotiated with various employee
,union representatives during the past several months; and
WHEREAS, the said Personnel Committee and one of the employees unions,
the St. Croix County Courthouse Employees Local 576-B, AFSCME ~~~4D
have entered
into a tentative agreement, subjer,t to County Board of Supervisors approval,
a~~ ~ cr~~~ o~~ • NOW THEREt~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
meeting in regular session, that:
l) The tentative agreement between 5t• Croix County and the St. Croix
County Courthouse Employees Local 576-B, AFSCME ~~~0
i«cluding the amenr~-
ments to said agreement are hereby approved• Said amendments to the agreement
are attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated herein by reference as though
set forth fully herein.
2) The agreement between St. Croix County and the said employees union shall
be in effect for the term January 1, 1q8~ through lleeember 31, 1986 •
3) That all resolutions or parts of resolutions contravening the provisions
of this Resolution are hereby repealed.
That if any part or parts of this Resolution are invalid, it shall not
invalidate the entire Resolution.
5) That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and publication, and all wages and benefits shall be paid in accordance
with said amendments to the agreement retroactive to January 1, 1984

Schedule A Wages •
.Establishment of First Deputy positions in a Pay Range approximately
between the current Pay Ranges 2 aid 3--additional $54~month. Renaming 'the Addressograph operator as Real Property Lister
and placing the position from •a Pay Range 2 to a Pay Range 3.
Establishment of the Register in Probate position in a Pay Range
• approximately between the current Pay Ranges 3 and 4--additional
$54/month.
Increase of wages across-the-board (before the $54/month in range increases is added as follows:
January 1, 1984 4~
July 1, 1984 ~ 5~ per hour
January 1, 1.985 4%
July 1, 1985 5~ per hour
Re-opener in contract on base wage rate only, for 198b,
