EMERGENCY RESOLUTION
Regarding the salary agreements far non-represented County employees.
RESOLUTION NO. t~
WHEREAS, the County Personnel Committee has met and negotiated with
various bargaining units in the County and,
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has been authorized by the County
Board. to~ recommend pay adjustments for non-represented .personnel; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of St. Croix County as~an employer to
grant salary increases to emplayees who are not otherwise represented
by bargaining units fvr the year 19$4 tv reflect the economic conditions;
NOW THEREFORE BE .IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
meeting ~,n regular session, to accept and implement the 19$4 wage
recommendations of the Personnel Committee for the non-represented
employees, effective January 1, 19$4 as follows:
across-the-board increase of 4four} 4;~
fvr all permanent full-time~and part-time, and temporary employees excluding the
entry--level temporary wage schedule.
