RESOLUTION REGARDING COMPOSITION, ETC. OF THE COMMUNITY YOUTH AND FAMILY AIDS PLANNING COMMITTEE.

' WHEREAS, on February 19, 1980 the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
a pointed eleven persons to serve on the Community Youth and Family Aids

Planning Committee, and
WHEREAS, the said Committee has deemed it necessary~to change the
composition of its Committee members to be in accordance with Section
' ~b.2b~~m) of the Wisconsin Statutes, and
WHEREAS, the said Committee has also agreed that the position of
Chairman of the Community Youth and Family Aids Planning Committee should
be on a rotation basis, annually, by the voting membership, and
WHEREAS, the said Committee has found it necessary to obtain secretarial
- services of the County Board Office far the purpose of taking, typing, and
distributing its minutes,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
meeting in regular session, that the Community Youth and Family Aids Planning
Committee shall be comprised of the fallowing:
The St. Croix County Sheriff, or his representative,
A representative from the St . Croix Health Center,
The Director of the Department of Social Services, or his representative,
The Branch II, Circuit Court Judge for St. Croix County, or his representative
The District Attorney, or his representative,
The County Board Chairman, or his representative, A Youth from St. Croix County,
An Ex-Officio Member from the State Division of .Corrections,
A representative from the St. Croix County Schools,
An Ex-Officio Member from the Juvenile Probation Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the position of Chairman of the Community Youth
and Family Aids Planning Committee shall be on a rotation basis, annually, by
the voting membership.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Board Office shall provide to the said
Committee, secretarial services for the purpose of taking, typing and distributing
minutes of~its meetings.
Said resolution shall be effective February 1, 1984.
