RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 18.82) WITH RESPECT TO REPRESENTATIVES ON
ST. CROIx COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES COORDINATING COMMITTEE,;
RESOLUTION N0. (8~)
WHEREAS, Ors April 20, 1982, Resolution No. 1$82) was passed by the
St. Croix County Board of Supervisors denominating the membership of the St.
Croix County Human Services Coordinating Committee, and
WHEREAS, said Committee consisted of lb members as denominated in
said Resolution, and
WHEREAS, by motion and amendment of the County Board on December 30,
1982, the Board deleted the Job Service of Wisconsin from the Human Services
Coordinating Committee, and
WHEREAS, it is now feasible and desirable that the Job Service of
- Wisconsin once again participate on the Human Services Coordinating Committee,
and
WHEREAS, by the same motion of the St. Croix County Board of Super-
.
visors on December 30, 1982, the Veteran Services Office was added to the Human
.Services Coordinating Committee,
NOW THEREFDRE BE IT RESOLVED, by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that that portion of Resolution;
No. 18~82~ naming 16 members for the St. Croix County Human Services Coordinat-
ing Committee is hereby amended to include the following 17 representatives on
said committee as follows:
1. 5t. Croix County Unified Services - 1 member
2. Westcap - 1 member 3. Department of Social Services - 1 member
4. Public Health Office - 1 member
5. State Division of Corrections - 1 member
b. Sheriff's Office Communication Center - 1 member
7. Lutheran Social Services - 1 member
8. Council vn AgingIEARS 1 member
9. Wisconsin Indianhead Technical Institute - 1 member 10. Extension - 1 member
11. Health Planning Forum - 1` member
12. Juvenile Intake/Juvenile Probation Services 1 memhPr
13. County Planning Office - 1 member ~Y.
14. District Attorney's Office - 1 member
15. County Board Representative = 1 member
16. Job Service - 1 member 17. Veteran Services Office 1 member
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution Nos. 40(76) and 18(82) shall
in all other respects remain the same.
