7 Resolution I~
WHEREAS, in 1983 St. Croix County erroneously filed claim .to certain
real estate belonging to Harvey Thomas pursuant to the tax deed procedure, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Harvey Thomas has paid the delinquent taxes on said
].and in the amount of $119.80, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Harvey Thomas, previous owner of this real estate, has
- requested that St. Croix County quit claim its interest in said land so that
he would then have clear title to the same, `
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED, by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the County Board Chairman and
_ the County Clerk be authorized to execute a quit claim deed from St. Croix
County to Harvey Thomas far the following described real estate located in
the Town of Hammond:
