RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ST. CROIX COUNTY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL
GOVERNMENT POOLED INVESTMENT FUND.

WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin has created a Local Government
Pooled Investment Fund, and
WHEREAS, it may prove beneficial for St. Croix County to par-
ticipate in the program,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session', that St. Croix County participate
in the State of Wisconsin's Local Government Pooled Investment Fund, pur-
suant to the provisions of Section 25.50 of the Wisconsin Statutes,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Treasurer for St. Croix County
be designated as the "Local Official" authorized to transfer funds to
the State Treasurer for deposit in the Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the State Treasurer is authorized
to accept telephone requests for withdrawal of funds.
