RESOLUTION REGARDING PRINTING AND PUBLICATION OF COUNTY BOARD
PROCEEDINGS FDR APRIL 1984 THROUGH MARCH 1985

WHEREAS, the County Board Proceedings have been published by
one newspaper for each year and supplements sent to the other
five newspapers in St, Croix County for distribution, and
WHEREAS, it has been deemed` advisable to publish the County
_ Board Proceedings after each meeting to keep the public currently
informed of such proceedings , and
WHEREAS, it has been further deemed advisable to submit
such publications to six St. Croix County newspapers for bids,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the publication
of the County Board Proceedings be conducted according to t~~e
following procedures:
1. Bids shall be requested from the six newspapers for
- typesetting 7 point on 8 point slug, 17 em column. These bids are submitted to the County Clerk's
Office by April 4, 1984 at 1:00 p.m, and are to
include all minutes commencing with the April 1984
Session and ending March of the following year. The
schedule of County Board Sessions is established at
nine ~9~ for the coming year. Any~~extra session to
be printed would be pro-rated at a fair figure.
Such successful bidding newspaper shall print the
proceedings in the supplement form and deliver to
the other FIVE newspapers in said .county, to be
published with the next issue of the newspapers.
3 . Such successful bidder shall be paid a f lot fee of $55.00 plus $2.00 per 100 based on the circulation of
each newspaper, after the first lOOQ far distribution
of each supplement by the other five newspapers. The
following is the detail charge schedule based on the
above-stated formula for the distr~.butian of the
supplements:

4, IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED THAT within 45
days of the March Session of each- :year , the entire
year shall be bound in book~f orm X85 copies) and delivered to the County Clerk befoze the organiza-
tional session of the County Board in May.
