RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COUNTY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEED TO MARILYN K. SPEER

WHEREAS, St. Croix County is the owner of certain land by virtue
of a Tax Deed dated September 19, 1983 in the amount of Eleven Dollars and
twelve cents ($11.22} and recorded with the Register of Deeds for St. Croix
County, Wisconsin, in Volume 675, page 370, said land being described as
follows:
Village of Star Prairie : P42A
A par of ld ly 40 f t N& S& 60 f t E&

and
WHEREAS a Sale of said Pro ert ha b ~ p y s een negotiated and sold for
Three Hundred, Twenty-five dollars and no cents ~ $325.00 } to Marilyn K. Speer.
Now THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the County. Clerk for St. Croix
County is hereby directed and authorized to execute a deed of said property
to Marilyn K. Speer.
