RE54LUTION AUTHORIZING CQUNTY CLERK TO ExECUTE DEED T4 ARTHUR A. AND IRENE WILLERS

WHEREAS, St. Croix County is the owner of certain land by virtue of a
i Tax Deed dated September 19, 1963 in the amount of Seventy-four dollars and
thirteen cents ($74.13) and recorded with the Register of Dees for St. Croix
- County, Wisconsin, in Volume 682, page 247, said land being described as follows:

A parcel of land located in the Southeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter ( SEA of NEB } of Section one (1 } ,
Township Thirty-one ( 317 North , of Range Eighteen (18 }
West, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at a point which is 493 feet
North and 612.60 feet West of the Southeast corner of
said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter ~ 5E~ of
NEB} as the paint of beginning; thence North 5°43' West
a distance of 140.39 feet; thence West a distance of 95
f eet to an iron stake set 16 feet from the waters edge of the Apple River; thence South 6°54' West on a meander
line along said Apple River a distance of 100.72 feet
to an iron pipe set 18 feet from the waters edge of
said Apple River; thence East 117.10 feet to the paint of
beginning, said parcel containing .24 acres. The area
from the meander line to the river between the extended
lot lines is also part of this lot. Bearings based on East Section line being due North and South.
Together with the right of ingress and egress across the
existing roadway from State Trunk Highway 65 to the property
above described. h

follows: Commence at a point 693' North and 556' West of
the Southeast corner of said SEA NEB (East quarter corner
of said Sec. 1} as the paint of beginning for parcel to
- be described; thence proceed West a distance of 129.25'
more or less to any iron stake set on the Apple River; thence proceed Southerly along the Apple River a distance
of 100' more or less to an iron pipe; thence proceed East
95' to an iron pipe; thence proceed S 5° 43' E a distance
of 100.39' to an iron stake; thence proceed East a distance
of 56.6'; thence proceed North a distance of 200' to the
point of beginning. Said parcel containing .5 acres mare
or less.

WHEREAS, a Sale of said Property has been negotiated and sold for
Two thousand and nineteen dollars, and 'eighty cents ($2,019.80) to Arthur
A. and Irene Willers.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
meeting in regular session, that the County Clerk for St. Croix County is hereby
