Protection have ~e~couraged bounties to participate in .administering , NR 243 i~. order to prat~ote effective implementation of; the rule, and have set forth pecific - . procedures for county ~ parti cip~tian . in a Memorandum of Und'ers tanding between the two agencies dated' January 19, 1984, and WHEREAS, NR 243 requires the 5t. Croix County Board. of Supervisors to ~design~te a cvun~ty agency if the.' county desires to participate in . administering N~ 243. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix`;.
