HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1984 (38) RESOLUTION APPROVING ST. CROIx COUNTY SOCIAL SERVICES EMPLOYEES LOCAL 576-A AFSCME # CONTRACT AGREEMENT. Resolution # L~ WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee of the St. Croix County Board of Super- visors has been authorized to negotiate labor contracts between the various county employee unions and St. Croix County; and WHEREAS, the said Personnel Committee has negotiated with various employee ' union re resentatives Burin the ast several month d p g p s, an WHEREAS, the said Personnel Committee and one of the employees unions, the St. Croix County Social Services Employees Local 576-A, AFSCME # have entered into a tentative agreement, subject to County Board of Supervisors approval, and union ratification. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that: l.} The tentative agreement between St. Croix County and the St. Croix County Social Services Employees Local 576-A, AFSCME ` . _ _ _ _ _ , including the amend- ments to said agreement are hereby approved. Said amendments to the agreement are attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated herein by reference as though set forth fully herein. _ The agreement between St. Croix County and~the said employees union shall be in effect for the term January 1, 1984 through December 31, 1986. 3.} That all resolutions or parts of resolutions contravening the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. 4.} That if any part or parts'~of this Resolution are invalid it shall not invalidate the entire Resolution. 5.} That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication, and alI wages and benefits shall be paid in accordance  with said amendments to the agreement retroactive to January 1, 1984.
