RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WISCONSIN FUN REIMBURSEMENT
RESOLUTION ~ 0
WHEREAS, St. Croix County is a participan in the Wisconsin
Fund Program aiding with upgrading of failing sanitary systems;
and
WHEREAS, 19$3 Wisconsin Act 5~5 requires the governmental
body designate the manner of funding eligible applicants; and
WHEREAS, eligible applicants may be funded on a first in--
first out basis or on a proration system to e determined by the
governmental body; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Zoning Co mittee met and
studied the options and recommends that eligible applicants be
funded on the first nn - first out system, w ereby it is. felt to
be the fairest allocation and possibly the m st beneficial; and
WHEREAS, THE St. Croix County Zoning Co~mittee recommends that
the wanting list of eligible applicants in o e fiscal year receive
first priority in the allocation in the next fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED t at it is the recom-
mendatnon of the St. Croix County Zoning Cam nttee that the first
in ~ first aut system be approved and utiliz~d in the forth
coming allocations.
