She stated that they did pay$75 for a permit for the garage, but that did not include a permit for
the house, maybe a little family room work. At that time the cost of a house permit was$300-
they never paid that type of fee. She had heard that some of the support cables for the old cabin
were destroyed, so that is why they went ahead with the new house. The Town has never seen
any information regarding the septic system and have always questioned why the Gunderson
didn't come back and get the right permits. Apparenity the Gunderson's also have a problem
with what the new house is assessed at-they do not feel it is worth almost$400,000.
