He just listed the property on Friday and he has it in the listing that the house is in need of a new septic system. Glen lives across the road from the property in question. I will conduct and inspection and tell him to replace the system before he sells the house because it has failed. 0410212003 Wert, Brian &Joan Jenn Emmerich Called and said there was a failed septic system. Owner has one pipe coming out of the house for wash water and another pipe going out of the septic tank. This pipe allows for the untreated liquid in the tank to flow over the surface of the ground and eventually infiltrate into the ground. 0611112003 Wert, Brian &Joan Jenn Emmerich Brian stopped in and said he wanted info on the Malcein property before he goes to court on July 3. 1 told him I would go out this week and inspect it. 0611612003 unknown, unknown Jenn Emmerich The house had a pipe coming out of the side of it with a trail of dead grass coming from it. It looks like it may be grey water that is coming out of it. Also there is a septic tank on one side of the house without a locking cover and the drainfield looks as though it was recently excavated on. I will call Glen and ask how he will be proceeding. 1010612003 Malcein, Glen Jenn Emmerich I talked to Glen's wife and she told me they had two licensed plumbers inspect the system and they said it wasn't failed. I told her I would need to see some paperwork from them. Also, I left a message for Glen at his office. 1011312003 Malcein, Glen Jenn Emmerich I talked to Glen and he told me he disconnected the grey water pipe and said that Gale Smith inspected the system. Gale said that the system was not failing. Glen will be sending me his report. 1011512003 Malcein, Glen Jenn Emmerich I received a report from Gale Smith stating that the system is not failed. Glen told me he removed the"grey water" pipe and Smith connected it back into the system.
