described "Premises", which lies within 25.00 feet on either side of the
following described centerlines:
Commencing at the northwest comer of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter, Section 20,Township 31 North, Range 17 West; thence
North 89 degrees 53 minutes 43 seconds East, along the north line of said
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, 38.00 feet to the point of
