After inspection of the Douglas Rode property, a motion by
.Supervisor Pierson to grant a setback of 92 feet,- from the
centerline of County Highway J in order to meet the sanitary
codes calling for the structure to be 25 feet from the sanitary
system. Seconded by Sup sor Alfdahl.
Vote yes to approve; no to reject:

�.; 'Public Hearing called to order by Chairman Luckwaldt on August 24, 1976,
at 10 :00 a.m. Zoning Administrator read notice of hearing as published. All
members present.
Minutes of the July 27, 1976, hearing accepted as read.
Zoning Administrator read the request of Mr. & Mrs . Thomas Seim, Township
of St. Joseph. A letter from Mr. & Mrs. Walter Chapin as having no objections .
Dept. of Natural Resources has no objections to the project.
se{ explained the reasons of the request. Questions asked by the
Board members. Chairman Luckwaldt informed Mrs. Seim that the Zoning Adm.
would notify -them of their decision after inspection of the property.
Zoning Administrator read the request of Douglas Rode, Township of Hammond,
to build closer to CTH "J" than highway setbacks permit.. They wish to build j
93% feet from the centerline of t road.

approve the request of a 90 foot setback with the driveway entering the property
on the southwest corner and not to extend anymore than 25 feet eaterly along
the town road for safety. Seconded by Supv. Afdahl, motion carried.
Vote yes to approve, no to reject.

Being no further business before the Board, a motion by Supv. Afdahl to
adjourn. Seconded by Supv. Pierson, motion carried.
