The St . Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing
,qty 28 , 1981 , to consider the request of David Manthey for a- variance
`,rc:icle 8 . 4 B 2 b, Setback, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE.
The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an 'on-site inspec-
cif the site in question.
After inspection, the St . Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an
l,;>.ecutive Session to discuss the request .
After' returning to open session the following decision was rendered:
Motion by Supervisor Handlos to approve the setback of 134 .feet from
STH 65 to construct a home. Seconded by Supervisor Meinke . Motion carried.
