Locations: NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of ) A-89-18 Section 24 , T28N-R18W, Town of Kinnickinnic; W 1/2) A-89-19 of the SE 1/4 of Section 1, T29N-R15W, Town of )April 27, 1989 Springfield; NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 ) of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, T30N-R18W, Town of ) Richmond; SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, T31N) R19W Town of Somerset ) The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearin g on Aril 27, 1989, to consider the request of Mathy April Construction Company, Inc. for a Special Exception Use. Article.. 17.15 (6) (n) Temporary Asphalt Plant, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on- site inspection of the site in question. After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an executive session to discuss the request. After returning to open session, the following decision was rendered: Motion by Supervisor Bradley to approve the temporary Hot Mix plants with the following stipulations: 1. Use be limited to a 30 day period except for the Richmond . site which can be operated for up to 120 days. 2. Site be restored to a condition that would be environmentally safe. 3 . The Zoning Administrator be allowed to visit the sites for inspection at any time and is to be contacted upon completion for a final inspection. Motion seconded by Supervisor Menter. Vote to approve said motion: Menter, yes; Kinney, yes; Bradley, yes; Swenby, yes; Meinke, yes. Motion carried.
