The rules require that a soil absorption system be located no chaser than 5 feet to a lot line and that the top of the distribution piping be no ateper than 4? inches from fiflal grade. The variances requested were to install a r+eplacewent in-ground pressure distribution system on a lot line and wito the top of the reduced diameter distri jution loping 68-100 inches from final grade. All of the data and statements submitted in behalf of the petition were considercd. This approval is specific to the subject petition and cannot be used for any additional modifications.
