& I have completed a review of soil evaluation reports submitted to our office for Lots 2-9 and
Planning lots 11-13 on the above-referenced development and find that revisions will be required for
715-386-4 nine of the reports. The following summary provides specific data that will be necessary
before these reports can be used to design private on-site wastewater treatment systems

Lot 3 —Contour lines and boring elevations don't match. Boring RB-4B has two elevations
R ding listed adjacent to its location. Please confirm boring elevations are correct, locate borings
386-4675 on the site plan in their proper location and submit new site plan to zoning office.
Lot 4R—Due to location of the property line, adequate room for the primary and
replacement system area is not available. An additional boring is required south of B-4D or
B-4E. Contour lines and boring elevations don't match. Please confirm boring elevations
are correct, locate borings on the site plan in their proper location and submit new site plan

reviews withi months of receipt; these reports were submitted on 4/03/06. Please feel free to contact me
