He states that the town ordinance is more restrictive than the county ordinance , and they have actually prevented crippled people from living in a mobile home . Even if the County Board of Adjustment approved my request, he feels that the Town Board would not. However, they have no objection to the travel trailer being parked on the property. Accordingly, I have decided to withdraw my request, at least for now, and I have removed the travel trailer from the property and I hereby request the refund of the $150 application fee . Box 41 aiax uond, WI 5 1 015 RE: Zoning Ordinance Dear Mr. Bergh: I discussed with Zoning Administrator Tom Nelson the situation you described to me regarding a trailer in the Town of Pleasant Valley and whether you were occupying it or not in violation of the county zoning ordinance. It is Mr. Nelson's opinion that you are "occupying" the trailer and therefore are in violation of the ordinance. Since Mr. Nelson is the county official with the duty of enforcing the zoning ordinance, I will not disagree with his interpretation. Therefore, if agreement cannot be reached between you and Mr. Nelson the matter will have to be resolved through the legal process. Si c rely yours, Greg ta A.
