Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on April 28 , 1981 , to consider the request of Charles Wahlquist for a variance to Article 8 . 4 B 4 b, Setback from a town road. ST . CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The St . Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on-site inspection of the site in question. After inspection, the St . Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an Executive Session to discuss the request . After returning to open session the following decision was rendered: Motion by Supervisor Meinke to permit Mr. Wahlquist to construct a barn that would be at least 83 feet from the centerline from a town road. Seconded by Supervisor Handlos . Motion carried. Vote to approve : Handlos , yes ; Meinke, yes ; Pierson, yes . L rence Hand os , Secretary St .
