He is on vacation already tomorrow,so his assistant will probably have to review the submittal. He said he would talk to her. &411�7 We discussed the baffles,and he wants the incoming one repaired/replaced. He agreed that we probably can't do anything with the out e a ,an commented that it will probably make the system less efficient, but it is so oversized that it will still be acceptable. He agreed that Ed commented that the siphon likely would not work,which it doesn't,and that that is OK.As far as the line between the tank and the distribution box, he said we could try to rod it to see if we can open it up. However,if that does not work,we can replace the VCP with PVC.As far as the cover,we talked about a few options, including fabricating a metal frame an cover that could be made with a hasp for locking it.The frame can be bolted to the concrete inside the rame,which would ma a it secure. The permit is going to be for a reconnect,so he said all of these are OK,and that they will come up during construction to inspect the changes/repairs.
