RESOLUTION TO APPROVE NURSING HOME WAGE GRID
1 WHEREAS, St. Croix County representatives have negotiated a labor agreement with the
2 Health Center Union, AFSCME Local 2721 for 2014; and
3
4 WHEREAS, all the terms of the labor agreement in effect for 2013 become the terms of
5 the agreement for 2014, except as modified by the attachment to this resolution; and
6
7 WHEREAS, the county wishes to maintain compensation equity amongst employee
8 groups at the Health Center; and
9
10 NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that effective the first full pay period of 2014, all
11 employees at the health center receive a one (1) percent increase to base wage.
