Within 30 days of this approval, the applicant shall submit a Compliance Deposit in the amount of$350 to be held by the Zoning Administrator until the project has been completed as approved and al I conditions have been met, at which time it will be refunded in full pursuant to Section 17.36 J.8 of the Ordinance. 2. Within 30 days of this approval, the applicant shall record an affidavit with the Register of Deeds referencing the storm water management plan and provide a recorded copy to the Zoning Administrator. The purpose of this is to ensure the long-term operation and maintenance of the bean and pond area and to alert future property owners of the responsibilities and limitations incurred by the plan. 3. During construction, the silt fencing around the building pad shall be maintained and the smallest amount of bare ground shall be exposed for as short a time as possible. The applicant shall establish permanent groundcover on all disturbed areas immediately upon completing construction. Phosphorous fertilizers shall not be used to establish and maintain a lawn on the disturbed area of the site, unless a soil test confirms that phosphorous is needed. 4. The finished accessory structure shall be no taller than 20 feet in height and all siding, shingles, trim, and other appurtenances of the structure and the roof shall be of a non-reflective nature (except for windows) and earth tone in color as indicated in the application. 5. The applicant shall be responsible for maintaining the current level of tree cover on the site to ensure that the pole shed is not visible from the St. Croix River. 6. Within 30 days of substantially completing construction, the applicant shall submit to the Zoning Administrator certification from the project engineer or builder that the pole shed and all storm water management measures have been constructed as approved, as well as photos of the completed project as viewed from all angles,and from the bluffline and the river. 7. All activities approved as part of this land use permit shall commence within one year from the date of approval and be substantially completed within two years, after which time the permit expires pursuant to Section 17.36 J.7 of the Ordinance. Prior to expiration, the applicant may request extensions of up to six months from the Zoning Administrator.The total time granted for extensions shall not exceed one year. 8. Failure to comply with the conditions above may result in the revocation of this permit pursuant to Section 17.36 J.8.b of the Ordinance. This approval does not allow for any construction beyond the limits of this request. Your information will remain on file in the St. Croix County Planning and Zoning Department. The proposed pole shed will have a footprint of 1,296 square feet 715-386-4674A,: and will be located over 200 feet from the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) of the St. Croix River and over 100 feet from the bluffline at its closest point.
