Lindquist: Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lind q Code Administrau 715-386-4680 This letter confirms zoning approval to construct a new, permanent on-premise sign on the ;;. property referenced above in the Ag Residential District in the Town of Rush River pursuant to Land Information Planning 6 Section 17.65 D.2.c.1) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance and in accordance with the 715-386-4674.,.:.`&` plans submitted. Staff finds that the request meets the requirements of the St. Croix County Zoning .E Ordinance based on the following findings: Real 0 tty 1. The proposed sign is affiliated with a nonresidential use that is legally allowed in the Ag 715 -4677 Residential District; specifically,institutional and governmental uses that were approved as part of a special exception permit by the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment on R cltg September 27,2007,File SE0135. -386-4675 2. The proposed sign will not be illuminated or contain any electrical components; 3. The proposed sign will meet all required setbacks; 4. Only one sign is being requested for the site,which fronts on County Highway N; 5. The maximum area of the proposed sign will not exceed 32 square feet; 6. The height of the proposed sign is six feet,which meets the maximum sign height allowed in the Ag Residential District;and 7. The proposed sign features a back-to-back monument design,which is required in the Ag Residential District. Approval of the land use permit is subject to the following conditions: 1. The sign must commence within one year of the approval date of this letter and be substantially completed within two years, after which time the permit expires. Prior to expiration,the applicant may request extensions of up to six months from the Zoning Administrator. The total time granted for extensions shall not exceed one year. 2. The sign shall meet all other general requirements as outlined in Section 17.65 C. of the 4 O St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. ,.: 3.
