I, Douglas J. 2ahler, Registered Wisconsin Land Surveyor, hereby certify that by the direction of
Leon Orr, I hove surveyed, divided and mapped part of the SWII/4 of the SE1/4 and part of the
SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 11, and part of the N Wi/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 14, all in
Township 31 North, Range 18 West, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; described as
follows:
Beginning at the South Quarter corner of said Section 11, also being the beginning of a meander
line along the easterly bank of the Apple River; thence, along said meander line N29'0922'W a
distance of 493.93 feet to the end of said meander line; thence, along the south line of that
Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 23, Page 5592, St. Croix County Register of Deeds,
N89'5456'E a distance of 1561.61 feet to the east line of said SW1/4 of the SE1/4; thence, along
last said line, SOO'0654'E a distance of 431.70 feet to the south line of the SE1/4 of said Section
11; thence along said south line, also being the centerline of 220th Avenue, S89'54'56'W a distance
of 1052.43 feet to the point of curvature of a 230.27 foot radius curve, concave southeasterly,
with a central angle of 75'4226", a chord that bears S52'0343'W and measures 282.61 feet;
thence southwesterly, along the arc of said curve and centerline, a distance of 304.26 feet to the
point of tangency; thence, along said centerline, S14'12'30'W a distance of 165.53 feet to the west
line of said NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 14; thence, along sold west line. N01'00'39'W a
distance of 333.87 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all land lying between said
meander line and the centerline of the channel of the Apple River which lies north of the south
line of the SW1/4 of said Section 11 and south of a line that bears S89.'54'56"W from the end of
said meander line.
Containing 16.31 Acres more or less. Subject to right—of—way for 220th Avenue and 127th Street
and subject to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record.
