RE: Sign permit
Dear Mr. LaVenture:
Your sign application has been reviewed and approved by the zoning office.
Enclosed please find an administrative land use permit to locate a 54 square foot
limestone sign on your property zoned commercial.
This permit has been issued with the following conditions:
• Locate the sign 10 feet from all property lines.
• Top of sign shall not exceed 35 feet above the average grade.
• No motion lights are allowed on the sign.
• Meet all applicable Department of Transportation setbacks.
• Obtain a local permit from the township, if necessary.
• Any addition signage shall be reviewed through an administrative land use
permit application.
Please contact Warren Bader, Deputy Zoning Administrator for Richmond
Township at 246-5448 to inquiry if a township permit is required for the sign.
