Barber. Mr. Ronald Bonte appeared to request building closer to a town road than county setbacks permit. Mr. Bonte wishes to add 60 feet to the existing barn. The building is such that he cannot build in another area. The building will be 50 feet from the centerline of the town road. questions were asked by Valdroff, F-ierson and 1fdahl. Motion by F ierson, seconded by 'A aldroff to permit Mr. Bonte's request with the stipulation that construction cannot be closer than 50 feet from the centerline or 27 feet from the property line. Motion carried. Mr. Jack Raleigh of the divers Edge requested to build a dressing room and toilets closer to a town road than county setbacks permit. The building size will be 26 x 36 feet. The town board chairman informed the zoning administrator that the town road would be moved more than 200 feet East of the present location within the next two years. Meeting adjourned to inspect the Raleigh property. I fter inspection of the property, motion by W aldroff, seconded by Pierson that this request be granted with the stipulation that the building shall be at least 75 feet from the ppleiver. Motion carried. Next meeting will be held on June 5, 1972 at 2:00 p. m. Raleigh, the owner of the River Edge, Somerset, Wisconsin, and Calvin Powers, a licensed septic tank installer, hereby agree that the said Calvin Powers will begin the installa- tion of a new sanitation system for the River Edge on July 5, 1971, in compliance with all necessary codes, and that until the entire drainfield system is completed, the parties agree that the tank will be pumped as often as is necessary to prevent any overflow on the ground or in the river. That it is agreed between the parties that the said Calvin Powers will pump the cesspool now in use at the Rivers Edge every day, and oftener, if necessary, so as not to allow any overflow on the grass and pollution. A statement should be included that no effluent will be pumped on the lawn or premises and that all effluent pumped will be hauled and disposed at an approved site until such time that the new private sewage disposal system is installed and put into use. On receipt of the notarized statement, we will grant an extension until September 10, 1971, for the installation and connection of an approved private sewage disposal system to serve your establishment. We would appreciate a copy of the notarized agreement at your earliest convenience. We will forward a copy to the Department of Justice for ! their file. In checking, with the Plumbing Section of the Wisconsin estate Division of Health, and in a review of our correspondence file, are would like to briefly summarize past inspections made at your establishment and the current status of your private sewage disposal system. The overflow pipe from the sump in the basement, which intermittedly flowed Vi into the Apple River, has been removed. The septic tank serving your establishment has been sporadically pumped by a licensed septic tank cleaner. Between puapings by the septic tank cleaner, the septic tank effluent has been pumped on the lawn of the night club. Mr. Calvin Powers, who lives at New Richmond, has conducted soil percolation tests and sized a new septic tank. Plans were submitted to the Plumbing Section and were approved on June 4, 1970. Mrs. Ruth Johnson's letter of June 9, 1971 states the County Zoning Committee, which is comprised of members of the County Board, has agreed to giving you an extension until September 8, 1971 to start installation of your new private wewaage disposal system.
