Subject: Temporary Asphalt Plant
Board of Adjustment Decision A-89-18 April 27, 1989
Dear Tom:
On April 27, we were granted permission for a temporary asphalt plant in
the Town of Richmond. We commenced operation there on August 10, 1989.
It may be required that we move this plant to Pierce County to complete
a state highway project. This would take 2-3 weeks and we then plan to
return to the Cemstone site to finish our local work. `
As we will not exceed our 120 day permit, I feel you would agree that this
situation should cause no problems. If you have any questions, please
contact me.
Sincerely,
MATHY CONSTRUCTION CO.
