R cling The Board reaffirmed its denial after reconsideration on January 3, 2008. Under the Board's -386-4675 decision, you are not allowed to use the property for a contractor's storage yard and therefore cannot have a sign advertising it on the property. R cling I have spoken with your father,Kenneth Oevering,who informed me that he plans to request a 5-386-4675 reconsideration of the Board's decision. The deadline for such a request is November 14,2007.If we receive a request for reconsideration by this date,I will hold on to your sign permit application until after the Board makes a decision on the reconsideration.If we do not receive a request for „ reconsideration by November 14`I' you will have to remove the sign.Our code enforcement staff will follow-up with you to establish an appropriate timeline for removal in that event.
