Staff finds that the proposed restoration project meets the spirit and 715-386-4674, intent of the St. Croix County Zoning and Shoreland Ordinances with the following findings: 1. The manure storage abandonment and shoreline restoration project was designed as a soil RealPra&rerty conservation practice by the St.Croix County Land and Water Conservation Department; 715x.:, G-4677 2. Soil conservation practices to control sedimentation are allowed without a special •z$ exception permit pursuant to Section 17.29(4)of the St. Croix County Zoning R`; cling Ordinance; and '-$5-386-4675 3. The approval of this project will not negatively affect the public health,safety and welfare of County residents. Approval of this land use permit is subject to the following conditions: 1. The restoration project shall be completed according to the plans designed and submitted by the St. Croix County Land and Water Conservation Department. 2. Within 30 days of completing the restoration project, the applicant shall submit to the Zoning Administrator photos of the competed project. This approval does not allow for additional grading, filling, or clearing of vegetation beyond the limits of this request. Your information will remain on file in the St. Croix County Planning and Zoning Department. You must continue to work with the Land and Water Conservation Department, and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all other local, state, and federal regulations, standards,or required permits. The berms should about fill in the pit and leave a nice nearly-level final grade. There will be minimal disturbance of anything outside of the actual pit area which will be seeded immediately. That's about it. Let me know if you have any other questions.
