Road i. This matter reflects back to the fail of 1996 when this matter came before the Board. The Board minutes (11121/96}Tefiect the following. "Recommendation to County hoard of Adjustment: Contractor's Storage Yard: Scott A Bryan. The Board has looked at this. it is a very small lot. Mr Bryan was not present. Supervisor Nasvik read from the Zoning Committee minutes (enclosed). The Town Zoning Committee recommended that the Town Board recommend denial. A motion was made and passed to respect the Zoning Committee's opinion on this matter and deny the variance request." That is the history as known to us to date.
