Zoning Administrator, iarol.d Barber read the request of 2 an-
dall Berenschot to build an enclosed driveway :rota his house to
the right of way of a town road.
Mr. Berenschot feels that the structure is underground and is
a permitted use within the setback.
11r. Berenschot stated that if the Board request that any por-
tion of the building be removed that he be permitted to have either
a 40 or 30 foot setback.

Chairman Afdahl informed Mr. Berenschot that after inspection,

decision.
Zoning Administrator read request of Mr. Virgil !,Tang to build
an addition 10 ft. by 24 ft. to the west side of present building
along, C:T.F. "74". The building does not meet the required. setback
from the centerline of the road.
He cannot build on the rear as it is too close to the well.
1?eighbors have no objection to the addition.
Chairman Afdahl informed 1°1r. Wang that the Zoning Administra-
tor will inform him of their decision.
Zoning Administrator read the request of Mr. `lallac ., ??e,tbcrg.
Township of Troy to sub-divide a parcel of land along, the St. Croix
River. The division of the property would permit " r. rTestberg, to
sell his year around home and keep the cottage as a summer resit?.ante .
The property would became a non-conforming use if division is
permitted.
Mrs. Westber . informed the Board that if they wanted to put
restrictions on to property they would abide by them.

Several persons appeared before the Board in favor of the

Chairman Afdahl informed the group that after inspection of
the property the Zoning Administrator will inform them of the
decision.
wearing adjourned in order to inspect the properties brought
before the Board.
